Month by month
Every month of 2026 so far. The yellow line marks 10 June. June itself straddles the handover, so it is hatched on every chart.
Ad enquiries
People who enquired through an ad carrying a campaign name. January reads zero because campaign names were not being recorded then, not because no ads ran.
Opportunities created
New opportunities opened in the 01. Leads pipeline that month.
Appointments booked
Opportunities created that month which reached Appointment Booked or a later stage.
Trials signed
Opportunities created that month which reached Signed Up for the 6 Week Trial.
Revenue recorded
Value on opportunities marked won that month, across every pipeline.
Which ad sets carried the volume
Ad sets with at least fifteen opportunities in the period. Sign-up rate is opportunities from that ad set which reached Signed Up.
Before 10 June
From 10 June
Bar length is opportunities. The sign-up rate for each ad set is printed on the right of its row.

Speed to lead
How quickly an opportunity was opened after the contact arrived, each side of 10 June.
Bar length is the share picked up within five minutes. The share picked up within the hour is printed on the right.
The email rebuild
This sits apart from the ad figures above, and none of it has fed into them yet. Every email the account sends has been rebuilt on one branded template, and a new nurture series is written for leads who enquire and then go quiet. No workflow has been changed. The templates are sitting in the email library and the swap is mapped step by step, so nothing goes live until you say so.
What is in the email library now
| Folder | Templates | Where it came from |
|---|---|---|
| CTPT Nurture, 6 Week Trial Series | 20 | New. Written for this account, no workflow yet |
| CTPT Nurture, New Leads | 6 | Rebuilt from Email Nurture, New Leads |
| CTPT Nurture, Referrals | 6 | Rebuilt from Email Nurture, New Referrals |
| CTPT Nurture, Lost Lead | 3 | Rebuilt from Email Nurture, Abandoned or Lost Lead |
| CTPT Winback, Lapsed | 3 | Rebuilt from Lapsed Membership. Lapsed Trial sends the same three |
| CTPT Appointments | 8 | Discovery Call Booked and Member Review Booked |
| CTPT Admin, Enquiries | 1 | The invalid WhatsApp number email |
| Total | 47 |
Three details the old copy had wrong
The workflows came from a template pack shared across several gyms. Three things in it were not yours, and each now matches what your own site says.
- Over 1,000 clients, which appeared twice. Your funnel says 200 plus locals through the trial and 100 plus five-star reviews. Those are the figures now.
- Tracey, whose story two emails told. She is not a member of yours. Both emails now tell Ersi's, with her own words and her film.
- Lapsed Membership 02, which offered the referral deal where the rest of that sequence offers the Reset. It offers the Reset now.
What else changed
- Every email now uses one shell, with your black and yellow, Anton headlines, the studio address in the footer, and buttons that work on a phone.
- Fifteen of your members' films are used across the series, each with a branded thumbnail rather than a grey video box.
- 54 photos, 9 portraits and 15 video posters were cropped and uploaded to the media library, which had three files in it before.
- No price appears in any email. Your funnel explains pricing on the call, so the emails leave it there.

How these numbers were counted
- Contacts and opportunities were read from the CTPT HighLevel account rather than exported by hand.
- An ad enquiry is a contact whose attribution carries a campaign name someone typed in Ads Manager. Contacts with a numeric campaign id and no name are left out.
- Campaign names were not recorded on contacts before February, so January shows no ad enquiries. The opportunity, booking and revenue figures for January are unaffected.
- February's bulk import of roughly 1,200 contacts is excluded from the enquiry counts. It is a list load rather than enquiries, and counting it would flatter every rate here.
- Opportunity figures are the 01. Leads pipeline, counted by the month the opportunity was created. Booked means Appointment Booked or any later stage. Signed means Signed Up for the 6 Week Trial.
- Revenue is the value on opportunities marked won, across every pipeline, counted by the month they were marked won. It reflects what was entered in the CRM.
- The final month runs to the date at the foot of this page, so it is a part month and is marked as one.
